I saw a sea of faces - Trayvon, Breonna, Rodney,

Ahmaud, Abner, Emit, Daunte...and so many more!

I say that society was being forced to get ‘it’

Get the fact the Black Lives Do Matter too

Get the fact that there needs to be changes -

police reforms.

I shed tears for George, tears of relief, tears of

disappointment, tears of optimism, tears of hope

Today I just cried out!

I realized that unlike him “I can breathe”

I realized that “Silence is not an Option”

I realized that we must still “dream”
